Terms of Service

Welcome to LAUNDR+. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LAUNDR+ website, mobile experience, and laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LAUNDR+ ("we", "us", "our") in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, scheduling a pickup, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the United Arab Emirates to use the Service. By using LAUNDR+ you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@laundrplus.ae if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3. Pickups and plans

LAUNDR+ offers monthly subscription plans. Each plan includes a fixed number of pickups per month with a maximum estimated weight per pickup, as described on our pricing page. Unused pickups do not roll over.

We will collect your laundry from the pickup address you provide during the time slot you book. You are responsible for making sure someone is available, or that items are accessible at the agreed location.

4. Payments and refunds

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payments are processed through credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Tabby, or other supported providers. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each 30-day period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; you will keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a credit or refund where items are lost, damaged, or where service was not provided as described, subject to the limits in Section 7.

5. Care of your items

We treat every garment with care, but please remove any items you do not want washed (cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, removable accessories). We are not responsible for items left inside laundry bags. Items requiring specialized cleaning (leather, suede, fur, items marked dry-clean only without our express agreement, heavily stained or damaged garments) may be returned uncleaned.

6. Lost or damaged items

If an item is lost or damaged due to our handling, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Compensation is limited to ten (10) times our cleaning fee for the affected item, and in any case capped at the depreciated replacement value. Claims must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, LAUNDR+ and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid to LAUNDR+ in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send hazardous, illegal, biohazardous, or contaminated materials;
  • Harass, threaten, or harm our staff or partners;
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • Provide false information or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup from your account up until the start of your booked time slot. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or account suspension.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app, by email, or on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai.
